We have an exciting opportunity to work with a sector-leading consultancy on a new financial project. They are looking for Treasury Manager to join on a 6 month contract with the option to extend!

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

1. Manage Treasury Front Office for the group and its affiliates.
2. Lead structured finance projects and working capital optimisation (eg, AR/AP securitisation, leasing).
3. Provide treasury business partnering, assisting internal stakeholders with treasury-related queries.
4. Contribute to the Finance Transformation Roadmap, focusing on digital initiatives.
5. Ensure compliance with Group Treasury strategy across all entities and in-house banking.
6. Monitor and report on group securitisation structures.
7. Act as backup for Group Cash Manager, managing liquidity, FX exposure, and daily cash decisions.
8. Centralise treasury activities across subsidiaries and new acquisitions.
9. Ensure compliance with financial market regulations.
10. Oversee working capital, liquidity, and free cash flow positions, aligning with group objectives

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Proven experience and genuine long-term interest in the international cash management domain and the treasury operations in general.
2. Experience in setting up corporate securitisation programs and in-house bank knowledge (IC-funding, cash pool, FX management)
3. Proven and relevant knowledge and experience in multiple treasury aspects (cash management, currency management, risk exposure, working capital optimisation and securitisation programs.
4. Extensive digital experience, with excellent MS Office skills, eagerness to explore & implement new IT tools and if possible, with a proven experience in finance/treasury automation.
5. A university degree (Master) or equivalent through experience, with strong experience in Finance environments.
6. Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch.
