Your new companyMy client operates in the manufacturing space, manufacturing niche goods for a range of apparel. They are one of the largest global manufacturers in this space, and are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join ther supportive team.
Your new role
- Manages overall office operations and reports to the management team.
- Schedules appointments and manages staff calendars.
- Handles filing systems and office supplies, including mobile phone contracts and statutory services, and oversees IT providers.
- Supervises staff interactions and addresses their office management queries.
- Monitor office management and create innovative work systems.
- Collaborates with Human Resources to update office policies and onboard new hires.
- Answers incoming phone calls and manages office inbox
- Organises all in-house or off-site activities.
- Assists Executive Assistants in arranging travel, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Extensive experience in an Office Management position.
- Background in a corporate office environment.
- High level organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Friendly and approachable, professional work demeanour.
- A can-do attitude and initiative-taking approach.
