Office Manager - City of London - Permanent opportunity!

Your new companyMy client operates in the manufacturing space, manufacturing niche goods for a range of apparel. They are one of the largest global manufacturers in this space, and are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join ther supportive team.

Your new role

  • Manages overall office operations and reports to the management team.
  • Schedules appointments and manages staff calendars.
  • Handles filing systems and office supplies, including mobile phone contracts and statutory services, and oversees IT providers.
  • Supervises staff interactions and addresses their office management queries.
  • Monitor office management and create innovative work systems.
  • Collaborates with Human Resources to update office policies and onboard new hires.
  • Answers incoming phone calls and manages office inbox
  • Organises all in-house or off-site activities.
  • Assists Executive Assistants in arranging travel, including booking flights, hotels, and car rentals.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Extensive experience in an Office Management position.
  • Background in a corporate office environment.
  • High level organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Friendly and approachable, professional work demeanour.
  • A can-do attitude and initiative-taking approach.
