Upcoming Position - Office Manager & Reception - City of London - 5 days in office

Your new company
A growing business in the heart of London City is seeking an Office Manager & Receptionist to join their busy team. They require this position to be in the office 5 days a week and are keen to find someone who can hit the ground running!
Your new role

  • Managing and overseeing Reception area
  • Preparing and issuing passes
  • Distributing post
  • Organising catering where required and booking taxis
  • Conducting H&S assessments
  • Ordering stationery and office stock
  • Monitoring office budget at all times
  • Booking contractors and suppliers where required
  • Escalating contracts/agreements when needed
  • Organise office events
  • Order equipment for new starters and assist with onboarding
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively
  • Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week
