Job Description
Leading and mentoring a team, overseeing day to day operations Coordinating with other managers within the office to ensure a smooth running of the business Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department. Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery / integration of firms Ensuring all members of the team comply with relevant regulations and standards. Leading and mentoring a team and supporting staff. Facilitate changes Check timesheets and ensure timesheets are completed daily. Dealing with IT issues What you'll need to succeed
Experience working within an accountancy environment is preferable. Previous office management experience Ability to drive - The position may require travelling between different offices Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency and confidence in IT and a good understanding of reporting What you need to do now
