Job Description
Leading and mentoring a team, overseeing day to day operations

  • Coordinating with other managers within the office to ensure a smooth running of the business
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery / integration of firms
  • Ensuring all members of the team comply with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Leading and mentoring a team and supporting staff.
  • Facilitate changes
  • Check timesheets and ensure timesheets are completed daily.
  • Dealing with IT issues
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience working within an accountancy environment is preferable.
  • Previous office management experience
  • Ability to drive - The position may require travelling between different offices
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency and confidence in IT and a good understanding of reporting
