Motion Designer

Motion Designer, up to £75k - London, Hybrid

Salt have partnered with a highly renowned Fintech App to secure a dynamic Motion Designer with a minimum of 3 years' experience to join their talented creative team. The ideal candidate will be highly engaged and on the ball with recent motion design trends and techniques.

In this role, you will design captivating motion graphics and animations that break down complex financial concepts, appealing to audiences throughout their online journey with the brand. This role plays a key part in the overall enhancement of the brand visibility across digital platforms.

As motion designer, you will be in a highly collaborative role. You will be collaborating closely with fellow designers as well as copywriters on the team to ensure consistent messaging. Not to mention supporting performance marketing, utilising your skills to create engaging animated AD content.

Some Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce animations for social media, digital ads, email, and website
• Adapt static designs into animated content for improved engagement
• Develop storyboards and animation concepts for marketing initiatives
• Optimise animated content for various platforms

Required Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics capabilities
• Proficient in After Effects and other motion design software
• Ability to work within brand guidelines while adding creative movement
• Understanding of animation principles and techniques

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D software
• Knowledge of HTML5 animation for web
• Understanding of UI animation principles
• Video editing experience
• Background or experience in financial services.
