We're Hiring: Mid, Senior & Lead Pricing Analysts - Insurance Sector

Location: Primarily Remote - Just 1 day per month in South England offices
Salary Range: £35,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:
* Applying statistical and actuarial techniques to analyse pricing data across various insurance products.
* Building, refining, and deploying predictive models using machine learning methods.
* Translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
* Working cross-functionally with underwriting, commercial, and data science teams.
* Contributing to strategy - whether it's improving pricing sophistication, risk segmentation, or automation.
* Leading and mentoring Junior Analysts (for senior and lead roles), supporting their technical and career development.

What We're Looking For:
* Between 12 months' to 6 years' of experience working in insurance pricing
* Hands-on experience with one or more of the following tools: SAS, Emblem, Radar, R, Python, or similar.
* Strong knowledge of pricing techniques, modelling, and customer behaviour analysis.
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence business decisions.
* A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
