M&E Manager - Major £Multi-Million Project - Co. Tyrone Based

Your new role
As the M&E Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the MEP works for a new, state-of-the-art shared learning centre in Co. Tyrone. This project involves completing the remaining five educational buildings and associated facilities, totalling around 64,000m of building space.

  • Coordinate MEP services with construction teams, ensuring quality and timeliness, and manage M&E contractors.
  • Review MEP materials for durability and safety, and ensure design information is clear, complete, and compliant.
  • Maintain accurate project records, ensure compliance with building regulations and safety requirements, and maintain quality and environmental control procedures.

  • What you'll need to succeed
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • You will have sound knowledge and demonstrable experience, particularly in programming and will have strong commercial awareness relating to the construction process and M&E installation on high-end projects.
  • A related third level mechanical or electrical qualification in building services is desirable, however a time-served mechanical/electrical trade background will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in the use of MS Projects or similar products to create and maintain schedules would be highly desirable.
