As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for, Sales development and recruiting. Business Development Manager key indicators' are prospection KPIs, lead & revenue generation.

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for, Sales development and recruiting. Business Development Manager key indicators' are prospection KPIs, lead & revenue generation.

- Identification of potential target
- Pitch & contact in an Omnichannel approach
- Get recruitment requests
- Identify & hook right candidates to answer lead requests
- Close
- People Recruitment
- Screen candidates, identify potential candidates through job boards searching and adverts, contact networking, referral
- Call potential candidates to assess suitability for roles
- Make interviews and selection
- Close the hiring
- Communicate and report on activity regularly at all levels
- Update the internal database and maintaining contact with candidates
Profile
- Business Development mind-set
- New Sales behavior
- Knowledge in IT, Telecoms & Technology sectors
- Ready to join a start-up and be able to work on autonomous base
- Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active
- Interpersonal Sales & communication skill
- Independent & autonomous
- Graduate with a Master degree / Bachelor in Business or Engineering
- Fluent in English, French
- Dutch is a plus
