Junior Business Analyst/Junior Project Manager - Coventry- (Hybrid Role)- Outside IR35

We're working with a forward-thinking client who is delivering a range of innovative technology projects-and they're looking for a Junior Business Analyst/Junior Project Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting hybrid role, perfect for someone looking to build on their early career experience in both business analysis and project coordination/management, while gaining exposure to modern technologies and strategic transformation work.

What You'll Be Working On:
Our client has a dynamic pipeline of tech projects including:

• Infrastructure upgrades and cloud migration, particularly to Microsoft Azure
• Application development projects in collaboration with technical teams
• Business Intelligence and Data initiatives, including reporting and data transformation
• General infrastructure projects involving systems and platform enhancements

You'll play a key role in gathering requirements, supporting project delivery, and engaging with stakeholders across the business.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Junior PM role
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability
• Organised, analytical, and motivated to learn and grow
• Exposure to or interest in cloud technologies (Azure is a bonus), application development, or BI/data environments
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies

Bonus Points For:

• Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Azure or other Cloud based systems
• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or other data tools
• Experience supporting both technical and non-technical project teams
