Title: UX/UI Designer

Salary: Up to £53,000 per year

Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

Are you a creative and strategic UX/UI designer with a passion for designing impactful digital learning experiences?

We're working with a dynamic organisation that delivers workforce development solutions across the UK and globally who are in the market for someone with your skill set!

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the design and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based E-learning
• Applying strong UX/UI principles and learning design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM)
• Managing external client relationships and shaping learning strategies
• Mentoring a creative team and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Overseeing projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality and impact

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in E-learning design, UX/UI, and team leadership
• Strong client management skills and the ability to consult on learning strategy
• Hands-on knowledge of instructional design tools and digital learning technologies
• A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation
