Job Description

IT Service Desk Analyst - £20 per Hour, Inside IR35

Contract: 3-6 months
Location: Onsite in Guildford (with some remote flexibility)
Rate: £20 per hour, inside IR35

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line support for internal users across multiple sites. This 3-6 month contract requires a mix of technical problem-solving and excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Support: Manage calls and emails, addressing technical queries and incidents.
  • Ticket Management: Log and update tickets, ensuring accurate records.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate when needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain and develop SOPs and IT documentation.
  • Collaboration: Support tasks directed by the Service Delivery Manager and Head of IT.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic IT troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Team-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
