Job Description
IT Service Desk Analyst - £20 per Hour, Inside IR35
Contract: 3-6 months
Location: Onsite in Guildford (with some remote flexibility)
Rate: £20 per hour, inside IR35
Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line support for internal users across multiple sites. This 3-6 month contract requires a mix of technical problem-solving and excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- User Support: Manage calls and emails, addressing technical queries and incidents.
- Ticket Management: Log and update tickets, ensuring accurate records.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate when needed.
- Documentation: Maintain and develop SOPs and IT documentation.
- Collaboration: Support tasks directed by the Service Delivery Manager and Head of IT.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic IT troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
- Team-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
