Your tasks

• You will set up an efficient and comprehensive vendor/provider management system with an overview of regulatory requirements (EBA, BAIT, etc.) as well as governance, risk and compliance management.
• Through hands-on performance management (including the key figures SLAs, OLAs, KPIs), you always know what works where and when and can take preventive and corrective action by actively managing the contractually agreed provider services.
• Of course, you also always keep an eye on the provider-related budget.
• You regularly meet with your colleagues in service review meetings and are also a welcome contact person in interface management.

Your profile

• Degree in (business) informatics, economics, STEM, engineering or a comparable qualification with an IT focus
• Experience in provider and outsourcing management
• Practice in classic and agile project management methods, IT service management and modern IT infrastructure technologies
• Know-how in risk, process and requirements management as well as the regulatory requirements of outsourcing in the banking environment
• Understanding of the technical context of IT services and processes
• Team spirit paired with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident demeanor, ability to work independently
• Very good written and spoken German and English
