The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our business, engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and securing high-quality sales appointments for our field sales team. You'll receive full training and ongoing support to maximize your success and earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls to potential business customers
• Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities
• Building rapport and developing relationships with decision-makers
• Booking high-quality appointments for the sales team
• Achieving and exceeding targets for commission and incentives

What We're Looking For

Telecoms OR IT Telesales experience

Highly motivated and results-driven

Competitive and resilient mindset
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong problem-solving ability and initiative
A team player with a positive attitude
Computer literate (Microsoft Office skills required)
