Join our International Logistics Team

The International Logistics Team sits in our Business Operations division. Following an international expansion, the team is rapidly growing to accommodate the growth of our global business. They are responsible for all movement of goods to facilitate our international customer's needs, including all Softcat exports from the UK.

Do you want to make change happen by joining a team that never stands still?

As an International Logistics Team Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responsible for overseeing the planning and coordinating international shipments with Softcat's logistics networks.
  • Daily management of the team; regular one-to-one's; managing resource & dealing with escalations whilst providing updates to the International Logistics Manager.
  • Owning and developing the relationship with our international distribution companies.
  • Responsible, alongside the wider team, for the management and distribution of requests into a shared mailbox.

We'd love you to have

  • Prior knowledge and hands on experience with international logistics and warehousing is essential.
  • Previous experience of managing a team is essential.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
