Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for leading several post integration people change projects within a global firm across the people function of the business including organisational effectiveness and target operating model design including process, systems, job roles and organisational structures.

You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of change management strategies including collaborating with cross functional teams and communication within the business.

You will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement and training and development to equip teams with the tools they need to succeed in the new model.
With a proven background in people transformation and change gained in a global scale post acquisitive environment, you will be able to demonstrate your experience of best practice people change, including organisation effectiveness, target operating model and organisation design. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of change management principles and be quick to influence and engage at a senior level with excellent presentation and analytical skills.

It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to the duration of the contract.
