Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: London

Contract: Permanent, Full time

Salary: £42,000 to £50,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Your Key Duties:

• Carrying out scheduled PPM's
• Responding to reactive maintenance issues
• Testing and inspecting electrical equipment
• PAT Testing
• Monitoring the BMS
• Small repairs and installations
• Diagnosing issues and reporting back to the line managers
• Liaising with subcontractors
• Liaising with building managers
• Keeping an accurate log of completed PPM's

Qualifications Needed:

NVQ or City & Guilds level 3 in electrical installation

18th edition

Electrical biased UK degree

Previous experience working in commercial buildings
