Our client is the UK's leading independent think tank working to make government more effective. Through in-depth analysis, expert commentary and influential public events we explore how government works - and how it can work better.

The HR Manager role is a newly created position. We are searching for an experienced HR professional who is excited by the opportunity to make a role their own. EDI is vitally important to the organisation, in their own environment, and to the work they embrace in the public realm. You will be managing recruitment and on boarding, as such, comfort in transactional recruitment is important, but crucially also understanding the data behind the work, and having an interest and strength in reporting this information will be highly valued. You will also be required to present HR related matters at board level.
This position is hybrid, working 3 days per week in the Westminster office, although for those who like to work full time in the office, this is also possible.
