You know how to engineer HPC clusters, confident with Slurm for scheduling and GPFS for storage. Linux is the bread and butter and you have exposure to the cloud. If you have experience with Infiniband, that's another box ticked. On top of the technical side of things, you bring people together, driving them forward to a common goal. You take the time to show people the right way to do things, empowering them to learn from their mistakes.

Communication is critical for success in this role, you'll be taking requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders and then delivering against them. Multiple projects will be running at the same time so you'll need to organise resources appropriately, whilst jumping in to solve problems as required.

This role would allow you to bring together two disciplines, management and engineering. Allowing you to enhance your own skills within both areas, bringing people with you. You'll be a part of one of the most prestigious organisations in Europe with your work making the world a better place.
