Housing Sustainment Worker - Staffordshire - Temporary - £13.50 per hour

You will be working for a large non for profit organisation based in Staffordshire on a temporary basis for three months.
Your new role

This role will deliver a focused Housing Sustainment service to benefit our customer, implementing a clear Housing Sustainment process
which focusses on the needs and development of a varied customer base.

To guide customers through the housing pathway; by recognising signs of customers requiring a move on in either direction to suit their needs. This could but current customer or potential new customers via referral.

To follow procedure for re-letting properties and contribute through speedy re-letting of void properties to the team reaching organisational targets.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, you will have a Enhanced DBS and must be able to drive.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly rate of £13.50 + holiday pay, the working hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-17:00. This is a temporary assignment which is set to last for three Months.
