Job Description

Senior Business Change Manager - London - Hybrid - £85 - £95,000 pa

JNC are working with a leading professional services client that are looking to Senior Business Change Manager to join and work across the organisations portfolio of strategic change.

The Change Manager will work closely with senior leadership and help develop and champion the organisations change vision and strategy.

Hybrid Working: 2-3 days a week in the central London office.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and Develop change strategies and approaches.
  • Develop a business transformation roadmap in relation to change for any future implementations.
  • Work closely with key leadership, sponsors and Transformation Group on strategic change initiatives.
  • Communicate and apply a structured change management methodology across projects in relation to change and people.
  • Lead Change readiness assessments.
  • Create and develop targeted change management plans that cover sponsor roadmap, coaching plans and resistance management plans.
  • Help support the execution of change management plans by leadership and management
  • Create and mange KPIs in relation to change and its adoption.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Over 5 years' experience in a senior change management role.
  • In depth understanding of change process.
  • Extensive experience driving business adoption of change.
  • Experience of large-scale transformational programmes. Including the areas of policy, people, system and process.
  • In depth experience of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Understanding of Agile and Prince 2 in relation to project life cycle and change.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and extensive experience working with key leadership figures.
  • Must have ability to influence senior figures and drive change.
  • Experience working with KPIs and different metrics that track return on investment and performance.
