Sitting within the marketing team you will work and report into the CEO of the business to be hands on with strategic and execution aspects. We are looking for someone that is ready to work hard and be a strong impact for the business as they grow. This role will require someone to go to the office 2 days per week but the remaining week going to the sites so being active around London!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop the brand engagement through creating compelling customer acquisition initiatives

Take ownerships across digital, social media, email channels

Execution of loyalty programs to drive retention and acquisition of customers

Plan crisp seasonal promotions and events for revenue and sales

Own the marketing budget to optimise ROI

Skills & Experience:

Essential to have food industry experience

Strong 360 in all marketing channels

Proven track record of driving growth and increase in customer engagement across the platforms

Having a hands-on approach to strategic execute the highest quality of marketing
