A fantastic and luxurious company in Eastbourne is seeking their newest member of the team! You will be working for a subsidiary of a larger organisation looking after the financial operations of the group.

The purpose of this function is to provide support to the CFO and the Group Financial Controller whilst providing help and advice to the rest of your team in the finance department.

You will be involved in assisting with the preparation, development and analysis of the financial reporting whilst preparing group & subsidiary, statutory and management accounts.

You will be trusted to maintain the accounting systems, processes and policies whilst completing month-end closes and accurate balance sheet reconciliations.

This varied and interesting role will let you take the lead on the audit process whilst working alongside the Group Financial Controller, so previous experience or exposure to this process would be beneficial.

The successful candidate would have experience with management accounts and a background of providing analytical support to a finance department. Group financial managing experience could be beneficial but really not essential.

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who is seeking flexibility and to feel valued at work.

Salary is up to £35,000 + bonus + benefits. Higher salaries can be discussed.
