French speaking L1/L2 Helpdesk Analyst - Ticketing tools - Office 365 - France - Hybrid/Remote

Empiric has received an exciting opportunity for a French speaking L1/L2 Helpdesk Analyst with familiarity with ticketing tools and strong skills in all MS Office applications.

The success candidate will be receiving calls and emails, first-line customer liaison. Providing an incident and request service. Together with logging all relevant incidents/service request details allocating categorization and priorisation codes.

Skills/experience:

  • Min 1 year Support/Helpdesk
  • Fluent French speaking
  • MS Office
  • Ticketing tools
  • Escalating incidents or services requests
  • Keeping customers informed on incident status and progress
  • Term: 6 to 12 Months plus extensions
  • Rate: Day rate + Starter Bonus + Free Lunch Club experience
