Empiric has received an exciting opportunity for a French speaking L1/L2 Helpdesk Analyst with familiarity with ticketing tools and strong skills in all MS Office applications.
The success candidate will be receiving calls and emails, first-line customer liaison. Providing an incident and request service. Together with logging all relevant incidents/service request details allocating categorization and priorisation codes.
Skills/experience:
- Min 1 year Support/Helpdesk
- Fluent French speaking
- MS Office
- Ticketing tools
- Escalating incidents or services requests
- Keeping customers informed on incident status and progress
- Term: 6 to 12 Months plus extensions
- Rate: Day rate + Starter Bonus + Free Lunch Club experience
