Freelance Disrepair Surveyor

Ongoing freelance opportunity for housing disrepair surveyors. MRICS or FRICS status is essential.

Your new role
Your new role as freelance building surveyor will require you to work autonomously, planning your own diary to carry out housing disrepair surveys. You will produce scott schedules and carry out joint inspections with the defendant's surveyor and produce a report thereafter.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need chartered status with the RICS to be a member or fellow level and knowledge of the housing disrepair process under the landlord and tenant act.
