Job Title: SAP GRC Consultant
Contract Duration: 6 months
Location: Remote
Day Rate: £650 per day (Inside IR35)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity with a leading client. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and management of SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions across the organisation. This position is remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on critical GRC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP GRC Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Policy Management.
Risk and Compliance Management: Support the identification, assessment, and management of risks within SAP systems. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Process Optimisation: Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline and improve GRC processes within SAP, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Configuration and Customisation: Perform configuration of SAP GRC modules and integrate with existing SAP systems as necessary.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the ongoing stability of the SAP GRC solution.
User Training & Documentation: Develop user manuals, provide training to end-users, and support the client's internal team with knowledge transfer.
Reporting & Analysis: Design and deliver reports related to access control, risk management, and compliance to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, audit, and legal, to ensure SAP GRC aligns with overall business needs.

Skills & Experience Required:

SAP GRC Expertise: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC (Access Control, Risk Management, Audit Management, Policy Management).
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical understanding of SAP security and GRC architecture. Experience in configuring and troubleshooting SAP GRC modules.
Implementation Experience: Proven experience in SAP GRC implementations and integration's within complex environments.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance regulations, including GDPR, SOX, and other industry standards.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve GRC-related issues.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Project Management: Experience working in agile environments and managing project time lines and deliverables.

Desirable Qualifications:

SAP GRC certification(s) (eg, SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP Access Control).
Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (eg, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC).
Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions.
Experience with third-party GRC tools and platforms.
