Our F&B Assistant will support the Clubroom and Bar Manager and assistants in the organisation and service delivery within the Clubroom, Dandy Bar and Room Service areas of the hotel.

• Full of personality and charm to chat with our guests
• Confidence to explain menus and upsell dishes / drinks where required
• Willingness to learn

• Multi-tasker and proactive by nature

Aim of the Food and Beverage Assistant role

To assist the F&B Supervisors and management team in the organisation of service in the Clubroom restaurant, bar and room service if needed

Key responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Assistant role

• Go above and beyond for our guests and give them the attention that they deserve. Make it your mission to ensure that every guest leaves happy
• To ensure that all guests' wishes are met so far as is reasonably possible
• Have expert knowledge of the food and drink that we offer and create opportunities to keep yourself up to date with our latest seasonal menus to drive sales
• Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently
• Work well as part of a team and proactively seek out ways to lend a hand
• Have an eye for detail and very high standards when it comes to our service, hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards
• Maintain our standards at all times, keeping our restaurant and adjoining areas clean and tidy at all times
