We are looking for people who

• have a degree in business administration with a focus on IT or have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or as an IT systems administrator.
• already have knowledge of the holistic IT support of a company, preferably in the field of geriatric care or the social economy
• are not only familiar with the planning, implementation and control of internal IT-related project management, but are also adept at controlling and monitoring external IT services.
• have experience in the technical and disciplinary management of a small IT team
• as an organizational talent, never lose sight of time management, quality and people.
• understand even complex requirements and are prepared to find suitable IT solutions.

This is what you'll be working on as Head of IT with us:

• As a manager, you steer your team in the right direction: you not only delegate, but also support and guide your employees in order to promote professional and personal development.
• You are responsible for the progress of the digitalization strategy throughout the company.
• You always keep an eye on planning and adherence to the IT budget
• In addition to ensuring that contracts are up to date and secure (e.g. service level agreements and maintenance contracts), you will be responsible for negotiating and extending existing and new contracts in consultation with the management.
• You ensure the operability and security requirements of the IT systems and also monitor compliance with the deadlines for data subject requests in accordance with the GDPR.
• You will also be responsible for developing and implementing identity and access management as well as procuring all necessary hardware and software.
• You will also be responsible for managing communication with external IT service providers, including continuous monitoring of service quality.
