Salary: up to £80,000

Elevation Recruitment Groups' Senior Interim Finance Division are proud to be working exclusively with a highly-established, leading retailer as they look to recruit a Finance Manager into their finance function, initially on a 3-6-month Contract, with the view to going permanent thereafter; to be based at their London office.

The Finance Manager's duties will include:

• Managing all Finance and day-to-day accounting operations
• Preparing budgets and financial forecasts and report variances
• Updating SLT report monthly with store sales targets
• Preparing monthly consolidated management accounts
• Business and data analysis and preparation of business KPI's
• Managing and mentoring a team of 3 in the finance department
• Reviewing the weekly preparation of cash flow forecast and managing the company cash position
• Reviewing Balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Support the business with the financial strategy and decision-making processes
• Planning and coordinating Audits and preparation of year-end statutory accounts
• Streamlining and improving all operations and accounting systems

Key Skills & Experience required:

• Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA Accountant
• A minimum of 1-2 years post qualified experience
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Clear knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Strong business acumen, and the ability to influence people at all levels
