Interim Finance Manager
London - 5 Days on Site
Salary: up to £80,000
Elevation Recruitment Groups' Senior Interim Finance Division are proud to be working exclusively with a highly-established, leading retailer as they look to recruit a Finance Manager into their finance function, initially on a 3-6-month Contract, with the view to going permanent thereafter; to be based at their London office.

The Finance Manager's duties will include:
- Managing all Finance and day-to-day accounting operations
- Preparing budgets and financial forecasts and report variances
- Updating SLT report monthly with store sales targets
- Preparing monthly consolidated management accounts
- Business and data analysis and preparation of business KPI's
- Managing and mentoring a team of 3 in the finance department
- Reviewing the weekly preparation of cash flow forecast and managing the company cash position
- Reviewing Balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Support the business with the financial strategy and decision-making processes
- Planning and coordinating Audits and preparation of year-end statutory accounts
- Streamlining and improving all operations and accounting systems
Key Skills & Experience required:
- Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA Accountant
- A minimum of 1-2 years post qualified experience
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Clear knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Strong business acumen, and the ability to influence people at all levels
