About the role

Face to face fundraising is driving huge growth at Breast Cancer Now. This is a pivotal role that will really bind our activities and teams together, and support our ambitious targets. This role will support activity growth by implementing a consistent and standardised way of working across both our lottery and direct debit campaigns. This role will play a key part in monitoring performance, creating and implementing a face to face fundraising guide, and ensuring our teams are working to the highest standards.

About you

You ll have experience of working with, and actively managing, face to face fundraising agencies. You ll enjoy working as part of a busy and high performing team which works to demanding targets. As well as being a well-organised person with excellent communication skills, you ll be at ease liaising with key external suppliers and internal teams to support the delivery of campaigns. You ll also be confident in monitoring activity and progress to help ensure teams are able to deliver against agreements and targets.

Primary location of role and hybrid working

This role is primarily based in our London office or Sheffield office. Our hybrid working model allows you to work up to 3 days per week at home.
