Your new role
As a Facade Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You will manage and coordinate facade packages, including cladding, curtain walling, glazing, and external finishes.• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, in line with project specifications, health & safety regulations, and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and integration of external works.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Facade Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
