External Affairs Executive

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy external affairs team, where you will support the coordination of our engagement with some of our key external stakeholders, the largest law firms and largest in-house legal departments.
You will work closely with colleagues in sister teams including public affairs, international, and member comms, to support the effective delivery of our large firm member offer.
The role will see varied and meaningful engagement with members and stakeholders from across the legal and professional services sector, ensuring our members voices are heard in the organisation while promoting the vital resources we offer to our members and that the organisation is able to maximise its influence, visibility and impact.
This is an exciting and varied role where your expertise and knowledge will be used to great effect.
What we're looking for
You will have excellent project management, communication, presentation, report writing and drafting skills. You will be highly analytical with good IT and database skills and high level of initiative, problem solving and decision-making skills.
You will have excellent organisation skills and the ability to build, develop and maintain working relationships with other team members and with senior internal and external stakeholders.
