Job Description

EUC Engineer - 3 months Rolling Contract - Guernsey

My client who a public sector systems integrator and they're looking for an EUC Engineer for an initial 3-month rolling contract based in Guernsey.

Contract Details:

Responsibilities:

Respond to incidents and service requests involving hardware and software troubleshooting.
Handle configuration and support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and client applications.
Perform office-based remote support as needed.
Ensure adherence to SLA and KPI requirements.
Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers for issue resolution

Requirements:

Proficiency in Windows 10 and Active Directory.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (installation, troubleshooting, and configuration).
Familiarity with PC builds (hardware components: motherboards, CPUs, memory, etc.).
Experience with SCCM and ITIL Foundation V4 certification.
Expertise in Microsoft technologies like Azure, Intune, or similar.
