Your new company
You will work for a government body in Central London, as an ER Manager on a 6-month FTC, paying £70,000 per annum. The role will interview in the first week of January 2025, and will start immediately afterwards. The organisation has hybrid working, 35 hours per week, with 3 days in the office per week (HR anchor day is Wednesday).
Your new role
This role will provide specific Employee Relations expertise and management to a newly formed ER team of 4.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of HR
Line management of 2 ER Business Partners and 2 ER Advisors
Advanced ER advisory skills and demonstrable evidence of case management and service excellence.
Critically review current work practices and recommend improvements to professionalise employee relations within the People and HR function
What you'll need to succeed
Extensive public sector experience
Proven management experience of leading a team of ER caseworkers
