Electrical Site Manager - Permanent - Family-Run Principal Contractor - Major Water Framework - Midlands

Your new company
You will be joining a family-run principal contractor operating in the water industry. This established and well-renowned organisation has a strong pipeline of work with a major water provider in the Midlands region and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard an Electrical Site Manager to join their team.

Your new role
As Electrical Site Manager, you will be reporting in to the Project Manager and be responsible for, but not limited to:

Managing direct labour and subcontractors

Coordinating all day-to-day site operations

Maintaining an accurate site diary

Liaising with the client

Undertaking site audits and inspections

Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality.

Working hours are 40 per week with lucrative overtime pay. You will be based on sites initially in the Worcestershire and Warwickshire areas, however Midlands-wide commute is expected.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:

Previous experience overseeing the successful delivery of electrical works within the water industry in a site management capacity

SMSTS and First Aid qualifications

Strong understanding of CDM regulations

Sound time management and leadership skills

Full UK driving experience.
