Job Description
Electrical Site Manager - Permanent - Family-Run Principal Contractor - Major Water Framework - Midlands Managing direct labour and subcontractors Coordinating all day-to-day site operations Maintaining an accurate site diary Liaising with the client Undertaking site audits and inspections Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality. Working hours are 40 per week with lucrative overtime pay. You will be based on sites initially in the Worcestershire and Warwickshire areas, however Midlands-wide commute is expected.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:Previous experience overseeing the successful delivery of electrical works within the water industry in a site management capacity SMSTS and First Aid qualifications Strong understanding of CDM regulations Sound time management and leadership skills Full UK driving experience.
