Developer (Tableau, Vertica, SQL, and Power BI)

*Developer (Tableau, Vertica, SQL, and Power BI) - 100 BGN LEV per hour - Sofia, Bulgaria, 6 month contract*

We are seeking a skilled Developer to design and implement end-to-end reporting solutions for the Professional Services (PS) Sales Team. The contractor will be responsible for building comprehensive dashboards and reports for Sales Leadership and Management teams to enhance decision-making and drive the PS business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Build Automated Framework for Data Ingestion

• Integrate a web platform to support seamless file uploads to the Data Warehouse (DWH) server and enable remote SSIS package execution.
• Develop standard ETL processes, including SSIS packages and automated data load monitoring with control tools for easy troubleshooting.
• Perform infrastructure provisioning and administration during the initial setup phase.

2)Develop Data Warehouse Solutions

• Implement standard reporting modules (eg, Bookings, Pipeline) to support sales operations.
• Integrate a robust and maintainable Master Data Management (MDM) module.
• Define and implement business processes and rules within the Data Warehouse semantics layer.
• Build an abstraction layer between the Data Warehouse and Report Server to simplify and modularize report development.

3) Create a Comprehensive Reporting Ecosystem

Design and deliver a variety of SQL Report Server reports, including but not limited to:

• C&A Pipeline Management
• Pipeline Generation Linearity
• Pipeline Health and Hygiene
• C&A Pipeline Trends and Forecast
• Individual Performance Forecast (estimated bookings achievement)
• Sales Representative Analysis

4) Provide Product Documentation

• Develop functional documentation, including business requirements, high-level architecture, and use cases.
• Prepare support documentation detailing operational procedures and user guides for system maintenance and use.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Tableau, Vertica, SQL, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Expertise in developing automated data ingestion frameworks and reporting modules.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and create user-friendly dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for documenting processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams
