Global Technology Solutions Ltd is seeking a Contract Deskside Support for our client, an IT MSP company based in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Desktop Support and will be responsible for providing technical support to end users.

• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
• Knowledge of asset management and data management best practices
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple open cases
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
