In this pivotal role, you will leveraging technology to support business operations, drive insights, and innovate data-driven decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Database Integration & Support: Collaborate closely with management to integrate and optimize data systems, ensuring seamless data flow from Excel to our database environments.
• BI Reporting & Dashboards: Run daily Power BI reports for the management team, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improving reporting processes.
• Data Quality & Bug Fixing: Identify and fix bugs or issues within data pipelines and systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across platforms.
• Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support ongoing reporting and business intelligence needs.
• Innovation & Optimization: Propose creative solutions to enhance Power BI utilization and explore ways to further integrate it into company systems.
• Collaboration with Tech Stack: Work within our technology ecosystem, including Snowflake, DBT, Looker, and other tools, to support data-driven decision-making.
• Scripting & Automation: Develop and maintain SQL scripts to optimize queries and data processes.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience in data engineering, particularly in building and maintaining data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboarding and report generation.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting; Python experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, and Looker is highly desirable.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix data-related issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with management and other stakeholders to understand and address data needs.
• Creative and proactive in identifying new ways to enhance business intelligence solutions.
