End User - Manufacturing Sector

I'm seeking an experienced D365 Finance Support specialist to join a well-established manufacturing business. You'll provide second and third-line support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (and Legacy AX systems), focusing on finance modules and occasionally supporting supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyse existing ERP setup against evolving business needs
Produce clear and concise functional specifications (standard, custom, ISV integrations)
Deliver expert-level support on D365 Finance modules, supporting project enhancements where required

Requirements:

Experience:
4+ years' experience with D365 F&O (or AX), particularly in finance
Strong understanding of core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
Experience with supply chain modules is an advantage
Confident working within a collaborative, internal IT team
