Customer Support Engineer - Colchester Area - Up to £30,000 - 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with product installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Escalate complex problems to internal teams and ensure timely solutions
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce ServiceCloud
  • Create knowledge base articles to assist customers with self-service solutions
  • Build strong relationships with customers, offering tailored advice and training
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to share customer feedback for product improvements
  • Ensure timely support, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or computer science)
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, .NET, Python, LabVIEW, VeriStand )
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience with Salesforce ServiceCloud or similar CRM tools is advantageous
  • Familiarity with PXI, LXI, VISA, or IVI standards and test instrumentation is desirable
