Customer Support Engineer - Colchester Area - Up to £30,000 - 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with product installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Escalate complex problems to internal teams and ensure timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce ServiceCloud
- Create knowledge base articles to assist customers with self-service solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers, offering tailored advice and training
- Collaborate with R&D teams to share customer feedback for product improvements
- Ensure timely support, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or computer science)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, .NET, Python, LabVIEW, VeriStand )
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with Salesforce ServiceCloud or similar CRM tools is advantageous
- Familiarity with PXI, LXI, VISA, or IVI standards and test instrumentation is desirable
