Job Description
Customer Services Coordinator Quotation Management: Handle service visit and spares quotations. Order Management: Manage purchase orders and requisitions. Documentation: Ensure proper filing and storage of documents. Inventory Control: Work closely with the Stores Department to manage stock and inventory. Spare Part Processing: Schedule and process spare parts. Invoice Management: Oversee invoice processing. Database Updating: Keep our databases up-to-date. Travel Coordination: Book travel and accommodation for engineers. Administrative Support: Assist engineers with documentation and administrative tasks. Help Desk Assistance: Support the Customer Support Help Desk with call handling, scheduling, and job number allocation. Global Support: Occasionally support different time zones outside of normal working hours. Reporting: Report to the UK Customer Service Office Manager. Compliance: Adhere to the company's QMS procedures and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need experience in the following:Agile Environment Experience: Thrive in a fast-paced, changing business environment. Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role. Microsoft Software Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft software. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sage Experience: Experience with Sage 50 or 200, or similar accounting/planning software. What you'll get in return
