Job Description

CRM Administrator

We are looking for an experienced CRM administrator / manager who is well versed with Microsoft Dynamics and ready to help take CRM usage to the next level working with the UK's leading fostering charity.

Position: CRM Administrator

Location: Homebased OR in any of four offices (London, Belfast, Cardiff, Glasgow). Occasional travel to London will be required.

Salary: £29,600 - £33,600 (FTE £37,000 - £42,000) + London Weighting if eligible

Contract: Permanent, part time - 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE)

Closing Date: Tuesday 15th October 12.00pm

Interview Date: Tuesday 22nd PM & Friday 25th October PM

What you'll be doing:

As CRM Administrator you will be the primary owner of the organisation's CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics). You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure the system meets organisational needs by managing and enhancing functionality, ensuring delivery of meaningful reporting and maintaining system integrity and compliance with data protection regulations

The successful CRM Administrator will be experienced in Microsoft Dynamics. You will be a strong communicator who takes a proactive attitude to problem-solving.
