Senior Business Development & Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional from the recruitment or events industry who is ready to take control of their future and lead a business! Flair is seeking a Senior Business Manager with a blend of sales and operations expertise to join our dynamic team.

This is a fantastic opportunity with significant potential for progression into a directorial role, along with the added benefit of a company share scheme. The position offers unlimited earning potential as we grow. Based in a charming rural town south of Manchester, our office features convenient local shops, free parking, an on-site café, and a gym. This is primarily an office-based role, working weekdays.

Your Role

As a Senior Business Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in:

  • Lead our sales team to explore new opportunities, strengthening and expanding our client base to ensure continued success.
  • Collaborate with our event staffing operational teams to ensure high quality delivery.
  • Account Management, workforce planning, quoting, triggering client meeting, site visits, tender presentations and fine turning operations.
  • Bringing strategic insight and business acumen to help shape our company's future.
  • Optimizing team performance, assist with the development a new venue department and contributing to a high-performing workplace culture.
  • Implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals ensuring compliance with labour laws and UK employment regulations.

We need a strategic thinker and a proven leader with:

  • A solid background in the recruitment or event industry at a senior level. Flair is an exciting mix of temp desk deliver and operational event management.
  • An in-depth understanding of business operations and what drives success.
  • The ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills and a focus on tailored solutions.
  • Comfortable with B2B Sales, delivering tended and driving new opportunities.
  • Excellent organisational manner with forward thinker.
