ABOUT YOU

Are you passionate about developing innovative, data-driven solutions for financial reporting and analysis? Do you thrive on challenges, enjoy thinking outside the box, and have a knack for structuring and combining data? If you're someone who seeks opportunities to improve processes, build future-proof solutions, and contribute to a collaborative team, this role could be perfect for you.

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual with strong analytical skills, a love for data, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Your enthusiasm for problem-solving, attention to detail, and drive to learn and grow will make you a valuable addition to our team.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing and automating processes for statutory and regulatory financial reporting. You will work in a collaborative squad of around 8 team members to deliver innovative solutions that align with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Product Owner and leading finance-related changes by gathering requirements and proposing solution designs.
  • Designing and developing scalable IT solutions that are easy to maintain.
  • Managing end-to-end change processes, including analysis, solution design, testing, release, and post-implementation support.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the integration of new products and data flows into financial reports.
  • Refining roadmaps and delivering solutions incrementally, incorporating feedback and measurable results.
  • Writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting engineers during development.
  • Testing deliverables and assisting stakeholders in validating and adopting solutions.
  • Creating training materials and work instructions for end-users.
  • Sharing insights, best practices, and lessons learned to improve team performance.
AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • A strong interest in data and a proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience working with large datasets and knowledge of SQL (preferred).
  • Familiarity with banking products and financial reporting (statutory or regulatory) is beneficial.
  • Exposure to Agile and Lean methodologies is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

If you're ready to bring innovative solutions to the financial domain and contribute to a diverse and collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you!
