WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DOAs a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing and automating processes for statutory and regulatory financial reporting. You will work in a collaborative squad of around 8 team members to deliver innovative solutions that align with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Product Owner and leading finance-related changes by gathering requirements and proposing solution designs.
- Designing and developing scalable IT solutions that are easy to maintain.
- Managing end-to-end change processes, including analysis, solution design, testing, release, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the integration of new products and data flows into financial reports.
- Refining roadmaps and delivering solutions incrementally, incorporating feedback and measurable results.
- Writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting engineers during development.
- Testing deliverables and assisting stakeholders in validating and adopting solutions.
- Creating training materials and work instructions for end-users.
- Sharing insights, best practices, and lessons learned to improve team performance.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- A strong interest in data and a proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience working with large datasets and knowledge of SQL (preferred).
- Familiarity with banking products and financial reporting (statutory or regulatory) is beneficial.
- Exposure to Agile and Lean methodologies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
